The objective of this website is to give owners and residents of Belle Aire Place an easy-to-use place of reference for any and all matters relating to living in this complex.

Complex Management gives an overview of the Board of Trustees and Managing Agents.

Residents' Guide tells you all you need to know of the day to day operations of the complex, the rules and all the on-line forms.
It also has a very useful "site search" option.

News gives you an update on what is happening in the complex and a Noticeboard on which to advertise.

Service Providers lists the main service providers used by the Trustees, for security, maintenance and Insurance purposes. It also lists fire and police emergency numbers.

Log In requires a Password and ID to access either the Owners' Page or the Residents' Page.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The National Voter Registration weekend (10 - 11 March 2018) is upon us.
If you are 16 years+, go to register as a voter, verify your address, change your address or check your voter registration status.

In Ward 101, all our voting stations will be open from 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Our voting stations are as follows:
1. Randpark Ridge United Church - Tin Road, Bromhof
2. Northern MLC Club - Small Holding 6, Hunters Road (left of the main entrance to Golden Harvest Park), Northwold
3. Sharonlea Primary School - Cnr. Mahogany and Camphor Streets, Sharonlea
4. Northriding Secondary School - Cnr. Bellair and Hyperion Drives, Northriding.

Pre-approval for pets (2 per Unit):
Pre-approval for pets must be obtained from the trustees before any animal is brought into the complex (even if just "visiting"). Conduct Rule Clause 21.1

Removal vans/trucks:
Please note that the maximum size of vehicle allowed in the complex is 3 tons

The "Conduct Rules" are the official rules which govern the running of the complex and are registered at the Deeds Office in terms of the Sectional Titles Act
