In compliance with the Sectional Titles Act, a Board of Trustees is elected annually at the AGM. They manage the affairs of the complex, supported by the Managing Agents, Stenersen & Tulleken cc.
The "Conduct Rules" are the official rules which govern the running of the complex and are registered at the Deeds Office in terms of the Sectional Titles Act

Pre-approval for pets (2 per Unit):
